Joe Wall is the Vice President of Construction for BYLTup, where he serves two roles. One is on tenant improvements, such as grow lighting, benching and vertical racking, fertigation and irrigation systems for new construction projects of existing commercial cannabis facilities and the other is on outsourced commercial facilities management services.
Before devoting his work full-time to BYLTup, Joe served in numerous positions within the construction and cannabis industries honing his skills. As a licensed general contractor in Northern California, Joe started working on residential and commercial remodels/TI’s, eventually refocusing his attention on the cannabis market.
As a consultant, Joe has acted in the capacity of Project Manager and Director of Facilities for the construction and TI build out of two 40,000 square foot hybrid-indoor facilities and a 10,000 square foot greenhouse, overseeing the design and installation of much of the equipment and environmental systems. He has also been instrumental in implementing a computer maintenance management system (CMMS) to automate facilities management in several of BYLTup’s commercial cannabis clients.
Joe has spent the past three years assisting well known cultivators such as Dr. Robb Farms and ROVE with their facilities and construction. On his off time you’ll find Joe up in the mountains holding a fly rod and basking in nature.
